Maintenance, Service & Repairs
Our Full Maintenance Programs are available for 12, 24 or 36month terms and thereafter review of 12 monthly terms are available. Full Maintenance Programs is a comprehensive cover of all routine servicing, repair and adjustments of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system as set out by the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. Full Maintenance programs all include the supply of parts, labour, travel, consumables and service history record keeping.
Our Service only contract is based on 4 minor services at 250hr or 3monthly intervals, followed by a major service. The Service only contract qualifies for discounted rates for all parts and labour, supplied.
All programs are subject to our terms and conditions of agreements.
Services and repair quotations are calculated from flat rates for the task as prescribed by the manufacturers repair manual. All service and repair work, unless otherwise not possible, is processed from a prior quotation and is covered by our standard workmanship guarantee for the specific task. All service and repairs, minor or major are performed on-site wherever possible.
